We have known and trusted Mr. Grooms for years, so when it came time in 2009 to buy our first home, he was the obvious choice for our real estate agent. He took our wish list and ran with it, sending us tons of potential options. He met with us to tour many homes and when we walked in the door of the house we ultimately bought, it was a home run - having all the things we had wanted in our first home. He helped us to understand the negotiation process and eased my fears that we would never actually be able to afford a mortgage. He promised he wouldn't let us buy something that would ruin us, and he was absolutely right.
